Ecometrics ("the app") is a client platform operated by Incredible Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
When you use Ecometrics with a member account, we store the information needed to run your account and provide our services: your name, email address, and the business data you or our team enter on your behalf, such as orders, payouts, card and points records, trips, and messages. Photos you choose to upload (for example a profile photo or trip photos) are stored with your account.
If you use the "Near Me" feature, the app uses your device location to find nearby stores and recommend a card. Coordinates are sent to the OpenStreetMap Overpass service to look up nearby places and are not stored by us or linked to your identity. Location is used only while you use the feature and only with your permission, which you can revoke at any time in your device settings.
We use your information solely to provide the Ecometrics service: tracking your orders and payouts, computing your profit and points, powering recommendations, and communicating with you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking.
Account data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to you and authorized Incredible Consulting staff who service your account.
You can update your profile information in the app. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Ecometrics is a business and financial tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
