Ecometrics is a private client-management platform for members of Increditble Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes how the Ecometrics web and mobile apps handle your information.
Account information (name, email, phone), business and program data you or our team enter (orders, payouts, bank bonus tracking, card tracking, points balances, trips, budgets, chat messages, and uploaded images/documents), and device push tokens if you enable notifications.
Solely to operate the services you're enrolled in: tracking your orders and profit, managing bonuses and rewards, booking and tracking travel, invoicing, member chat, and program notifications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so you can only access your own records, and is encrypted in transit (TLS). Payment invoicing is processed by Square; we do not store full card numbers.
We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform (Supabase hosting, Square invoicing, Apple/Google push services) and as required by law.
You can disable push notifications in your device settings and adjust in-app notification preferences. You may request a copy of your data at any time.
To delete your account and associated data, see Account Deletion or email support@increditblesolutions.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
