Delete your Ecometrics account

Ecometrics accounts are created by Increditble Solutions as part of your membership. To delete your account and associated data:

1. Email support@increditblesolutions.com from your account email with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or send the request in your member chat inside the app.

2. We verify the request and delete your account credentials, profile, chat history, uploaded documents, and program tracking data within 30 days.

3. Financial records we are legally required to keep (invoices, payment records, tax documents) are retained for the statutory period and then destroyed.
